Purpose

We also aim to ensure that no job applicant, employee or group of employees is disadvantaged by conditions or requirements which cannot be shown to be justifiable.

We have established a complaints procedure to manage any complaints that may arise from any failure to adhere to this, or any other policy or minimum standard.
